Tarahan Concrete Product Unloading System
The automatic unloading system is designed for discharging various concrete products such as concrete blocks, concrete curbstones, and concrete paving stones.
After the curing process (drying), the products are transported into the system by a forklift. A paddle mechanism then removes the products, while a second robot collects the empty pallets in a stack, which are subsequently removed by the forklift.
This system enhances speed and efficiency in the production line.
The system operates in cycles of 20 to 25 seconds.
