M.KH Fully Hydraulic Block-Making Machine
The M.KH fully hydraulic block-making machine (without a silo) is a mobile (egg-laying) machine designed for producing various types of concrete blocks and interlocking (puzzle) blocks.
This machine combines features from both semi-hydraulic and fully hydraulic models, equipped with a hydraulic mold filler (mortar feeder). This system reduces the mold-filling time, increases production speed compared to semi-hydraulic models, and makes machine operation easier for the operator.
Specifications of the M.KH Block-Making Machine:
✔ Production capacity: 3,000 blocks per 8 hours
✔ Full-surface vibration with adjustable vibration power
✔ Three Motogen electric motors (8.5 HP each)
✔ Hardened chrome guide rods for increased machine lifespan
✔ Korean electrical panel (LS/HYUNDAI) for motor control and protection
✔ Hydraulic carriage (mortar feeder) with heat-resistant, fiber-reinforced rubber tires
✔ Hydraulic pack with oil level indicator (for monitoring oil level and temperature) and a pressure gauge (for monitoring working pressure)
Required Additional Equipment for the M.KH Model:
✔ Tall wheelbarrow
✔ 500-liter mixer
✔ Three-phase 32A electricity supply
✔ Minimum 600 m² leveled concrete surface

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can a mobile block-making machine produce curbs?
✅ Yes, but only concrete curbs with a maximum width of 30 cm.
Can a hydraulic block-making machine run on single-phase electricity?
✅ Yes, but the machine’s power will be lower, and its price will increase. Therefore, it is recommended to use three-phase electricity.
What is the difference between a semi-hydraulic and a fully hydraulic mobile block-making machine?
✅ In a semi-hydraulic block-making machine, the mortar must be manually poured into the machine using a wheelbarrow for each production cycle. However, in a fully hydraulic block-making machine, there is a mortar storage silo, so manual refilling is not required.
Can the semi-hydraulic mobile block-making machine operate on an uneven (non-concrete) surface?
❌ No, because uneven ground will cause difficulty in machine movement, and the quality of the produced blocks will be poor.
Can the M.KH block-making machine produce concrete pavers?
✅ Yes, but no mobile block-making machine can produce concrete pavers to a standard quality. For high-quality paving stone production, a stationary machine is required.
